This is the official home of Chhota Bheem and other Green Gold properties, featuring a steady stream of full-length episodes and movie-style specials in Hindi. The flagship show follows Bheem and his friends in the fictional kingdom of Dholakpur as they take on demons, magicians, bandits and other villains, usually with plenty of laddoo-powered fist fights and sword clashes.

Expect cartoon-style action throughout — punches, kicks, magical battles and the occasional scary creature. Some of the newer uploads lean into spooky themes like haunted dolls and ghost stories, which can unsettle younger or more sensitive viewers even though nothing graphic is shown.

Storylines generally end on a positive note with themes of bravery, teamwork and standing up for friends, and many episodes draw loosely on Indian folklore and mythology. Best suited for kids around 5 and up; we'd suggest previewing the spooky or movie-length titles before letting under-7s watch alone.

Twenty years in, it’s still the show kids ask for by name, and Green Gold TV — the studio’s own channel — uploads full episodes and movie-length specials on a near-daily schedule, so there’s always something new without ever leaving the official source. The stories are simple in the best way: Bheem and his friends protect Dholakpur, loyalty gets tested, the strong help the weak, and every episode ends with the world put right.

It also travels well across ages. A five-year-old watches for the laddoos and the fights; an eight-year-old follows the plots; and the mythology-flavoured episodes make a natural bridge to the shows in our mythological cartoons guide.

What parents should know

Fighting is constant but bloodless. Punches, sword clashes, and magical battles are the show’s grammar. Nobody gets hurt in any lasting way, but if you’re avoiding combat entirely, this isn’t the show.
